Meet Katrina Goodall let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in a small town 40km west of Toowoomba called Pittsworth. I resided there until three years ago when I moved to Toowoomba. I have three children who attended primary school in Pittsworth and Secondary School in Toowoomba.
I have been most privileged to have a career within the Corporate and Private sector in related fields of Business Management, Sales and Marketing and the customer Service industry, which includes Business Owner, Administration Management, Project management, and staff Trainer. I have also demonstrated and implemented administration practices in small business and government offices. I have a proven record of achievement in business, organisation and planning. In addition, excellent communication skills, coupled with an ability to actively manage change.
I am a well-organised and results-driven person with a solid background in providing leadership and managing the implementation of Company's policy & learning development strategy. I understand the importance of, Leadership Development, team building, communication, business theory, time management and Staff Recognition. Through this I have established a winning formula within the industries I have worked for.
In the last 20 years I have been a Managing director (owner) of two successful businesses in Toowoomba. During my time in Pittsworth I was very community focused volunteering in various sporting clubs and the community. I raised over $20,000/year for two consecutive years as Fundraising Co-ordinator for the local Primary School by organising events including school fetes and catering jobs.
I pride myself on being an honest, reliable and hardworking person who strives to achieve excellence in any role I undertake. I am very excited to begin a new, and I’m sure challenging, role in the Real Estate Industry and look forward to this next chapter in my career.
