The Little Things Still Matter

From start to finish I was very happy with the experience, and that says a lot when you are the buyer not the seller in my eyes. I don't have an easy schedule, yet contact throughout the process was always there, not one return phone call was missed, nor ever a problem for Robert and his team. I was given all information but never pushed/pressured - I considered if I was making the right choice still buying the property at one stage due to my circumstances, but even then, I was reminded it was my choice. On handover day, due to work and commitments I was worried how I would get the keys before "close of business", but that wasn't even a problem. No hidden surprises were found after handover, I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Unless you count having no batteries in 2 of the portable ceiling fan remotes - and even then, I think if the team had known, they would have added them into my beautiful housewarming gift haha. Highly recommend the entire team!
